Muchavista Beach

Playa Muchavista stretches over 3 kilometres of fine golden sand and is about 80 metres wide. It is one of the best beaches in the province of Alicante, which is demonstrated by having received the distinction of Blue Flag by the European Union.

It is located in a semi-urban setting next to San Juan beach, a privileged place for bathing, water sports such as windsurfing, walking or running along its 3 km long pedestrian promenade., which runs along the line of the modern and comfortable tramway that links Alicante and El Campello every 30 minutes. It also has a section of “accessible beach” – between the Xaloc and Costa Blanca restaurants – for people with reduced mobility.

During the summer months it offers a wide range of activities such as cinema, sports events, a beach library, games libraries, hammock rental… which, together with its tourist facilities and infrastructure, makes it a suitable destination for all tastes.
